Wink Title Services LLC provides professional title and escrow services including but not limited to:

• Title searches and examinations
• Title insurance coordination
• Escrow and closing services
• Document preparation and recording
• 1031 exchange facilitation
• Residential and commercial closing services

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for services
• Cooperate fully in the provision of services
• Review all documents carefully before signing
• Pay all fees and costs as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be disclosed prior to commencement of work. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Professional Standards

Our services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards and Florida law. We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and are licensed as required by state and local regulations.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and transaction details in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with your written consent.
