AnnaMarie brings extensive experience to every closing. As a licensed attorney and as the co-founder of Wink Title she ensures every detail is handled with precision and care while leading the company with vision and expertise. In addition to being a licensed Florida title agent AnnaMarie has a Masters in Tax Law from The University of Florida, and a law degree from St. Thomas University. AnnaMarie is certified to practice law in front of the Florida State Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and US Tax Court. AnnaMarie is an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers of Florida real estate and has a client centered attitude focused on providing expertly handled closing services.
Carla Hall

Carla has led 5 title insurance agencies to success in her 20 year career in Real Estate. As a former Realtor, she understands the sales contracts and processes and strives to make every transaction as stress free and smooth as possible. Covering both Florida and North Carolina, she specializes in first time home buyers, luxury property, investment/wholesale and flip transactions, 1031 Exchange transactions, commercial transactions, REO, Foreclosure and Short Sales, and is fluent with all types of mortgages including the reverse mortgage.

Heather serves as Director of Client Services for Wink Title LLC, fostering the growth and development of the company, building relationships, and immersing herself in the community needs, events, and activities. Heather comes from an illustrious career in sales and hospitality. She is well versed in the expectations and needs of high-profile and high net worth families. Prior to her roles within the family brands, Heather held a position at the five-star Gleneagles Resort in Scotland, managed a large staff at the Turnberry Isle Resort in Miami, and held a top sales position for a large Sarasota corporation, where she received numerous national awards. She is a customer-focused professional who provides comforting support at every step of the process. Her dedication to client satisfaction and deep understanding of service excellence have made her a valuable asset to the team.
